1. To record and share text and screenshots of your activity with your accountability partners
2. To prevent the app or it's permissions from being bypassed without informing the accountability partner

This app uses the Device Administrator permission. This allows us to alert the accountability partner when the app is uninstalled or disabled.

This app uses the VpnService to provide (optional) internet filtering

This app reports information about your installed apps so we can make your reports more clear, even while Ever Accountable is running in the background

Ratings and reviews

It's a great accountability tool with a lot of consistent success. I do wish I got more of a glimpse, even brief, into what my accountability partner receives so I could track my progress. There's power in a reliable accountability partner though. I guess the flip side of not receiving reports and info is that I'm not having to be on my phone more. The price is good. The product is simple and easy. I do get a small notification daily that's just a mild reminder. I would recommend this service.

The idea behind this app is great, but there have been so many times when it will randomly decide to not share with my accountability partner, or sometimes it will even randomly disable sharing. This kind of stuff doesn't bode well for me because it looks like I am intentionally disabling the app. I will not be renewing my plan with this app, and I will try another similar app instead.

The application slows your texting and communication on apps down to the point that you can no longer text. I had to purchase a flip phone to call people. It slows down your email and internet to the point that I either delete the app or stop using a smartphone. Don't download. The app spies on you and reports all data. It's a setup.
