RespirA works like a digital habit coach. Our goal is to break the automatic association between your daily routines (coffee, breaks, boredom) and smoking.

Instead of smoking impulsively, the app guides you on when to smoke. By making the habit a conscious and structured act, we help you regain control and reprogram your daily routine with less stress.

• Intelligent and Personalized Algorithm: It all starts with an assessment of your current smoking habits. The system learns from your schedule during the registration phase to design a reduction plan tailored to your lifestyle, avoiding generic plans that don't fit you.

• Progress Traffic Light: A clear interface visually indicates when you should wait and when the scheduled time is. If you manage to wait longer than indicated, you accumulate "Time Earned," reinforcing your progress and accelerating your goal.

• Assistance Button: Feeling a strong urge to smoke outside of designated times? Don't worry. Press the help button. The app will suggest brief 3-minute techniques to distract your mind and overcome the momentary urge without needing to light a cigarette; however, if you decide to smoke, the app will automatically recalculate your route.

• Wellness Monitor: See how your consumption decreases in detailed graphs and discover motivational statistics on how your overall well-being improves as you reduce tobacco use: improved sense of smell, better physical capacity, and a greater sense of freedom.

• Achievements and Goals: Turn your process into a positive challenge. Earn badges by reaching endurance milestones (3 days, 1 week, 1 month). Designed to keep your motivation high day after day.

HOW THE METHOD WORKS:

Setup: Enter your basic information and sleep habits.

Phase 1 - Habit Log: For the first few days, you smoke according to your usual pattern, but log each cigarette. The app "learns" your patterns to create your plan.

Phase 2 - Active Program: The app suggests times for you to smoke. The interval between cigarettes gradually increases, helping you quit gently.

Final Goal: The objective is to extend the interval until the habit disappears from your daily routine.
