I would give 0 stars if I could. I used to be able to quickly check things out - start to finish less than 2 minutes for 3 different counties - but now it literally WILL NOT LOAD at all. Doesn't matter what zip code I enter. I've tried every troubleshooting option imaginable and it still won't load. I really wish y'all hadn't tried to fix something that wasn't broken. 🤷🏼‍♀️

USELESS now, was great. I used to use a lot to keep up on things and to make sure my friends weren't getting too crazy, but now, it is literally unusable. If you even hit the wrong thing and then hit the back button, you just do another minute of commercials. I understand developers need to make money, but this is insane, it's literally unusable. I just tried it again and I honestly could not use it because I wasn't going to give 20 minutes of my life to war game commercials. Ridiculous!!

cannot access app. it opens then won't go any further than the 2nd menu. won't load inmates or missing children. it's been over 3 weeks. at first I sent them an email regarding the problem( and I'm not the only one having issues with the app) but nothing has changed. It's sad cause I loved this app was on it everyday. I guess they don't care!
