incredible customer service, super prompt and thorough. the app does exactly what I was hoping for, and the photo capability is super helpful for someone like me who has a hard time learning faces and names.

Hello. I would like to provide a suggestion. A user who has Teacher Aide Pro and at the same time Teacher Aide (Cloud) in his mobile., please consider linking the subscription for both as one.. i personally find the Teacher Aide Pro version most suitable for me. I have already purchased Teacher Aide (Cloud) version but unfortunately when I try to update same subscription for Teacher Aide Pro, I have to pay again. I can't revert back to Teacher Aide Pro Subscription with my Teacher Aide (Cloud)

The subscriptions can't be linked as they are separate apps. There really is no reason to want to use both. The cloud version uses a cloud database, so this makes it easy to switch devices (phone and tablet) and both are in sync. There earlier version uses a local database, so best for a single device. I purchased a Cloud subscription but the Google Classroom feature does not work unlike your Pro version (somehow works but does not import all students correctly).
