Says it takes 1 to 2 business days, sent me an app to take the hippa which I already have I still did it, I got 2 calls but it still says pending when I go to the app & you don't see the call but you get an alert, very confusing & I updated the app still nothing

Still waiting to get activated I applied about 3 weeks ago!! It states it takes 1-2 business to days to verify info. I also emailed support and no answer. If no new applicants are being accepted then that needs to be stated on the website!!

I set up my account almost two weeks ago and still not able to get anything. they say it takes 1-2 days to verify your information but again it's been almost two weeks.
