would love to give this app and company a negative star but unfortunately it's not an option! the reason is I signed up almost a month ago and everything has been verified but never got a link to complete my background check and I have sent several messages emails and voicemails but never received 1 reply besides the ai saying my message has been escalated and forwarded to a human rep and if that's true someone needs to be fired

Says it takes 1 to 2 business days, sent me an app to take the hippa which I already have I still did it, I got 2 calls but it still says pending when I go to the app & you don't see the call but you get an alert, very confusing & I updated the app still nothing

the activation link does not work. I keep hitting and it takes me back to the login. I try to login and it tells me that I did not verify my email.
