Easy Invoice is an invoice creation app for freelancers and sole proprietors. You can create invoices, estimates, and receipts on your smartphone, and save and send them as PDFs. It also supports withholding tax and consumption tax calculations, invoice registration numbers, and document management.

You can create documents by entering client information and details without opening your computer. You can handle a series of invoice tasks on your smartphone, such as creating estimates while on the go, sending invoices after completing work, and issuing receipts after payment.

[Create Invoices, Estimates, and Receipts]
Simply enter the necessary items to create easy-to-read documents. Estimates can be converted to invoices, and invoices to receipts, reducing the effort of repeatedly entering the same information.

[Automatic Withholding Tax Calculation]
The app automatically calculates withholding tax on applicable remuneration and fees, and displays the net invoice amount. It calculates at 10.21% for amounts under 1 million yen and 20.42% for amounts exceeding 1 million yen.

[Invoice and Consumption Tax Support]
You can include the registration number of a qualified invoice issuer. Consumption tax is supported at both the standard rate of 10% and the reduced rate of 8%, and the amount can be calculated for each tax rate. You can also choose to display or hide the consumption tax field and registration number.

[Save and Send as PDF]
Created invoices, quotations, and receipts can be saved as PDFs. Using the device's sharing function, you can attach them to emails and messages, completing the entire process of sending documents to business partners from your smartphone.

[Manage Documents Monthly]
Created documents can be viewed in a list by billing month. This makes it easy to find past invoices and quotations, and can be used for organizing documents for tax filing.

[Save Data on Your Device]
Entered data such as business partners, items, and documents are saved on your device. No membership registration is required.
