Regarding Poor Customer Service I would like to express my disappointment with the customer service I received from the berain water company. When I contacted customer service for assistance, my concerns were not handled professionally, and I did not receive the proper help or follow-up. The lack of communication and feedback was frustrating and did not meet the level of service I expected.

Fix your application, i tried with Visa and Mastercard. both times it accepts the money but i have to make 3 phone calls to confirm the order and i get malfunction error as soon as i paid for the services. its been like this for months!

We are experiencing a recurring payment issue, as this is the eighth instance where a payment was attempted and subsequently marked as failed, despite the amount having been deducted from the card.
