I get a "api error" when paying by linking bank account. it's been like this for 3 MONTHS! payments only go through when I use my card directly to pay a FEE. I've tried 2 separate accounts one Cash app and one Woodforest. I get the error no matter what, and the only way to pay loan is by my card, but there is a FEE for using it. it's ridiculous, its like they are TRYING to make the linking of a bank account fail so consumers have to use their CARDS TO PAY THE CONVENIENCE FEE OF 8 DOLLARS!

NEVER AGAIN I will use this app to make any payment. I was double charged and they don't know where is money even though I proved with my bank statement that it happened. I just lost 120 dollars and I had to pay overdraft fee... Frustrating!

Not working... little information. Half the app doesn't work
