Constantly says there's an issue connecting to the server. I can't see my balance, my receipts or my scheduled payments.

Where to start. On my phone, I'm unable to access the payment amount line to enter the amount I wish to pay. Because of this I'm attempting an uninstall/reinstall of the app. The reinstall is now going on an hour of "pending". This is unacceptable!
