all call recorded but when I listen to call recording no one has sound like a mute audio

All calls show 0 seconds and didnt record anything on all 10 test calls i made to see if it works Every time you touch a button on the app an ad plays seems to be a scam app used more so for click bait don't waste your time app doesn't work
