Book bus tickets from home. Seat selection is also available. Booking through the app is much easier than using the website. Long-journey buses have live tracking facilities so easily know where the bus is in advance. The ticket directly in the app and get a refund. This app is very user friendly. This app supports multiple payment methods such as: UPI, Debit / Credit Card, Net Banking, E-wallets.

Tracking is good, but showing duplicates on the bus stop searches in the "Search for Buses Between Two Locations (From-To)" section is causing confusion. For example, search for "Mangalagiri". We are getting 2 results and we don't know which one is valid.

The app has became much better than previos versions. But, as of now already most of the private travels gas their own tracking system just like APSRTC. Also, in the app it is showing only few options just without city tracking and not covering the tracking of local buses to the village routes. Could be even better with all these options.
