App is not updating properly. I tried to book seats and something went wrong with payment options so i went back to booking details. I didn't complete the payments but the chosen seats are locked as booked ones. It happened thrice in a row. A total of 6 seats locked without actually anyone booking them!!!

not logging in every time I tried to login using mobile, after receiving the OTP and entering it says something went wrong. and even tried to login using email it says mobile is not verified and same repeats. but on PC I can log in to my account and it also shows my mobile is verified. the app allows only guest mode.

APSRTC does not seem to care about passengers. If a bus gets a puncture or breaks down, passengers are not informed properly. There is no driver or staff contact information available for updates. The facilities are poor, yet many old vehicles are still in service. If APSRTC has to operate, its electric buses are 150 km radius.
