the app is good, recently they have introduced bus pass for PHC . initially bus conductor accepted digital pass but from past couple of days they are refraining to issue ticket saying that this pass doesn't have logo of APSRTC and doesn't have details of the signatory. Hence I request the app developers to look into this matter and possibly try to incorporate the above to the earliest.

App is not updating properly. I tried to book seats and something went wrong with payment options so i went back to booking details. I didn't complete the payments but the chosen seats are locked as booked ones. It happened thrice in a row. A total of 6 seats locked without actually anyone booking them!!!

When I booked a ticket, the money was deducted, but I received a notification stating the ticket was cancelled. When I called, they said the refund would take 7 working days. Am I supposed to put my journey on hold for 7 days? It has been a very bad experience with this APSRTC app.
