The seller has a good variety of live, dry stock probably the best online in india. I have received 2 crustaceans and a betta by now in healthy conditions. But, I have placed many orders since and paid for but due to some error in the system, the system does not register my order. Some orders get stuck stating shipping status as 'processing' and some stating it as 'Unknown' and some don't even show up. I have tried all of their support contact options and sent dozens of emails but no reply, bad.

This is a great place to purchase aquarium plants and live animals. I am an aquascaper and have been purchasing from them since more than an year. It has happened that some times the plants were not as per my desired quality, but the company took my feedback sent better one's without any extra charge in next order. I really like customer support they have provided me.

I made payment for fee items and amount t also deducted from my account. but I don't see the items.in order history. Also cart is still.loaded with same items. kindly resolve and respond at the earliest.
