This is a great place to purchase aquarium plants and live animals. I am an aquascaper and have been purchasing from them since more than an year. It has happened that some times the plants were not as per my desired quality, but the company took my feedback sent better one's without any extra charge in next order. I really like customer support they have provided me.

The app is absolutely fine in terms of available stock and variety but I'm not sure how to track my order. There is an option to track the order ID but it just doesn't work. I have placed an order with 3 different items And I so far don't know when would I receive it. There is a number to which I have what's app'd, tried calling too but haven't got any response. Seriously, the tracking mechanism needs a lot of improvement and I'm still waiting to receive some confirmation on the order.

Received my shipment in good condition which means there is no fraud & app is not fake but there are some glitches like no confirmation and tracking status of your orders which needs to be fixed. Also when you contact at the given no. in the app there is some delay in response. Improve your services so that users don't hesitate before ordering something.
