This is a great place to purchase aquarium plants and live animals. I am an aquascaper and have been purchasing from them since more than an year. It has happened that some times the plants were not as per my desired quality, but the company took my feedback sent better one's without any extra charge in next order. I really like customer support they have provided me.

the worst app ever, I order 5 fishes from this app, at first they sent me a text saying that my order has been cancelled, that wasn't even my order I'd, it was somebody else's, and then they said the order will be delivered between 4-5 days but it came in around 15 days then also the order was incomplete I only received 4 fishes but I paid for 5 and now there is no way of getting a refund, and their box charges are insane, who charges 510 for a small thermocol box?? disgusting!!! don't purchase

The app is absolutely fine in terms of available stock and variety but I'm not sure how to track my order. There is an option to track the order ID but it just doesn't work. I have placed an order with 3 different items And I so far don't know when would I receive it. There is a number to which I have what's app'd, tried calling too but haven't got any response. Seriously, the tracking mechanism needs a lot of improvement and I'm still waiting to receive some confirmation on the order.
