I believe they have recently made it near impossible to use older pods to force you into buying a new one which requires ongoing fees for replacement parts. The app has no option for older pods to reconnect after losing connection due to only pairing with Bluetooth and bt isn't an option on pods under 3. First the app quit tracking me and the customer service team through a picture of my plug have determined that my "sensors are damaged." and that I need to buy a new system..

It's criminal how bad this app is. This app disconnects almost every single night which causes random temperature changes, waking us up, every single night. And even when it doesn't disconnect it will randomly heat up sometimes and then break when the bed is hot so we literally have to sleep somewhere else because the bed won't cool down. If it doesn't follow the preset heating/cooling schedule, then what's the point? Don't purchase the bed because the app is awful!

Now, we are having issues with the bed saying that we are away! So, either it never turns on or stays at one temperature all night, not matching up to the corresponding stage you are in. I froze last night and then I cooked this morning. Such miserable sleep last night! I will never buy anything again where an app is needed to control the product. This one is extremely frustrating to use for a myriad of reasons! UPDATE: New Celsius is miserable. Waking freezing or boiling, no middle ground!
