Keeps on saying side connector unplugged. It's plugged in!! I've unplugged/replugged/re- installed five times. Update 12/20/17 They sent a new cover and currently checking it. Will update review if and when it deserves it. Update 1/17/17 new cover and App is working great now. It is recording my sleep and bed/room temperature accurately now.
Don't waste your money. It's inaccurate and the developers seem uninterested in actually fixing anything. I wish I could have access to all the raw data to process myself, but they also seem uninterested in making that available. Since I can't get a refund, I'll be boxing this thing back up tonight and putting it in the storage locker until I feel like hacking away at their ARM processor and making it do something useful.
The hub stopped working after 2 months of use (no error, but no sleep data received). Ten emails and one month later support sent me a new one, now the sleep tracker started working again. Let's see if it breaks again. Except the hub generally the sleep tracker works fine, the app has some missing features like IFTTT notifications when you go to sleep or wake up. Also when 2 people in bed, the data is a bit noisy.
Helpful when it works, but at the moment I can't log in and error messages don't help. When I try logging in it just says "log in failed". I thought that maybe my password was wrong, tried to change it and just very the error message "failed to change password" repeatedly.
Very disappointed. Never wants to connect or if it is connected stay connected by wireless connection. Id rather have a usb connection that wont fail. Seems like the development was rushed when trying to get out to market. They've stated flaws such as will ne inaccurate if you have your significant other or pet on the bed.
Got mine today. Will not hook up to Wi-Fi. Very disappointed. Waiting for response from customer service. Should have checked it out better first. Too expensive to be having this many problems straight out of the box
