App is worthless just like the company! the app doesn't work and now the website doesn't work. this is very similar to how the company itself operates!

This app is an absolute joke. I can't even get it to open so I can make a payment anymore. I have to make a payment over the phone and get charged a fee for doing that which is an absolute rip off!!! Fix the app and your website!!!!!!!!!
