When are you going to fix the issue with payments in the app? It has been over a month now and nothing has been done about this.

doesn't connect. just says no connection, server time out

This app is an absolute joke. I can't even get it to open so I can make a payment anymore. I have to make a payment over the phone and get charged a fee for doing that which is an absolute rip off!!! Fix the app and your website!!!!!!!!!
