very rarely do i have enough time to get through everything without it making me sign back in and then it erases everything I have just done. and thats not because im inactive while the app is open but this will be mid typing and it will crash and make me sign back in. very frustrating. and the whats new part, none of the links even work!!! I read the little newsletters and go to click where it says, "click here" and it doesnt work in the least bit or even recognize that it could be a link.

This app is horrendous! It literally never works. You can uninstall it, you can reload it, you can restart your phone; it won't matter. It either idles out, won't let you sign in at all, or wont allow you to access the features you need. At this point it still idles out and won't allow my client to do signatures. There are too many screens on this app, causing too many potential fail points. This app is using too much data due to poor design. It needs a complete overhaul.

This app is absolutely horrible . I constantly have issues with it. I have to call to the office for help almost every day. Its takes clients off the schedule, sometimes I click in and can't clock out because nothing is there " schedule is not found", or " off line". I'm so sick of it,and worse part it takes so much time .. The whole app needs to be redesigned.
