It is not compatible to other mobiles , application needs to be updated.

I keep getting the following error message "invalid national ID or Iqama" when trying to log in, even though I'm pretty sure I typed it correctly. The forgot password doesn't work either.

Can't install the app. I get an error message when attempting to install. Caused other apps to not be able to install or update. Had to factory reset my phone. Be careful.
