I keep getting the following error message "invalid national ID or Iqama" when trying to log in, even though I'm pretty sure I typed it correctly. The forgot password doesn't work either.

Does anyone check the reviews from the myC team? Clearly I am not the only who has the problem of "Current device is not allowed" What is the point of forcing everyone to use this app to check on things when it doesn't work!
