This chart (in excel file) can be viewed in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and Numbers Application in Mac as well.

Simply a great app for calculating mortgage payment. Great job done. I love it. The app will be greater if you could please summarize the total for the end of each year's columns. For example, "year 2020 total" how much you pay for principal, interest and total monthly payments etc. I think that is the only feature missing. Thanks for making this app. And also your willingness to listen to making it even better

Best App to calculate EMI, it's simple and direct on point. I like the profile saving option as I don't need to remember and keep track of different EMI and it's details, once it's entered it can be saved for later. Also useful if one want to compare different loan options with the help Compare options. Thanks to Developers.

This app is simply superb. The only missing thing is that it only calculates reducing balance interest rate by default. It would be great if we are given an option to choose to calculate both flat interest and reducing balance interest.
