Using app through Gympass subscription, and trying the 2-week healthy weight loss program. One week in and I'm down 2 lbs! Easy to use and simple, basic recipes. Helpful feedback from nutritionist too. Only downside is that I can't adjust recipes to accommodate multiple food allergies, as that is a custom program.

Amazing app! Gives you a lot of recipes, and a great list of items to buy. You can tick one by one when you go shopping. Encourage you to do the diet by sending pictures of your meals and there is an expert person following you and always on track with your results and pieces of information! Absolutely great! Lost 4kg very easily following the meal plan and the nutritionist Beth is great!

Amazing app! I don't even need to prepare a shopping list where I always forget something, easy and fast and delicious dishes to prepare and I can choose between more options. The nutritionist support that is there for you make it really worth. It's a really great support
