Arcalis is the expense tracker that analyzes what you already have and turns it into one organized view of your spending, accurate down to the currency you actually paid in.

HOW IT WORKS
– Scan it: use Arcalis as your receipt scanner. Point the camera at any receipt, paper or digital, and it analyzes the merchant, total, tax and every individual line item, not just the total.
– Forward it: get your own Arcalis email address. Auto-forward from Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Proton or any other provider (it just needs an auto-forward feature) and every receipt, invoice or order confirmation lands in the app already parsed.
– Import it: drop a CSV, PDF, XLSX, OFX or QFX from any bank, in whatever layout it already comes in. No template to match.

Anything unclear waits for a quick glance before it's added, nothing gets guessed silently.

CATEGORIES THAT LEARN YOU
Set a rule once (for example, "merchant contains Uber, category Transport") and every future transaction files itself. Build your own categories, icon and color included.

TRUE MULTI-CURRENCY
Paid in yen, pesos or dirhams? Arcalis keeps the exact original amount forever, next to the converted total and the exact rate used that day, across 150+ currencies. Change your home currency later and past transactions still show what you actually paid.

WHY NOT BANK SYNC
Most expense apps plug into your bank through a third-party data broker, then quietly break when your bank changes its login page. Arcalis never asks for a password. It analyzes what you already have: a receipt, an email, a statement file. Works the same whether your bank is in Berlin or Bangkok.

NEVER LOSE TRACK OF A SUBSCRIPTION
Arcalis spots recurring charges on its own and keeps a running list, with a reminder before each one is due. Turn on auto-log for any of them and it gets recorded the moment it's charged, no tap needed. If a charge that normally shows up goes quiet, Arcalis flags it as possibly cancelled instead of leaving it sitting there unexplained.
