The Quieten app has really helped me. Truth is I've been in a super bad place with Tinnitus, Stress and Anxiety. Yes, Julian has so many free videos on his YouTube channel that are invaluable for learning how to cope to get better, but the app is filled full of extras and all for the price of a drink a month, you get so much. The Q&A's with Julian and other app subscribers that are going through the same problems is like a community of support for each other to help us all get better. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Julian has helped me a lot in my healing process. Healing takes time, patience and a lot of hope. Don't be discouraged, the app has great advice, it might sound simple and straight forward but don't give up! Apply it to the best of your knowledge, keep believing, use the app, you will see slow but steady changes! I recommend this app and Julian book has helped me come out of a difficult place, you can do this!! Thank you Julian for your help! God bless you!!

Julian positive coganative approach to tinnitus management is second to none. He provides a window to the self and internal resources we all hold to manage tinnitus trauma. Quietin and Julians YouTube channel gave me a head start on my condition while awaiting clinical investigations providing confidence in being able to handle outcomes. Highly recommended this app for anyone going through tinnitus.
