Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't ever want to open. Every time I click an archer notification I get a loading screen that doesn't resolve. You have to exit the app, force close, and then open the app. Every time. The notifications don't resolve themselves either. Open the app and respond to a message? The notification doesn't go away, you gotta clear that manually. They have an "archive" feature that doesn't work. Especially for the dudes who keep liking your photos repeatedly.

App has terrible (logorithm) filters for "match" searches. Even if you set it up by min/max age and location, the app doesn't use those limits in the results. Example - if set as 50 miles max I still get profiles over 2000 miles away. WHY? When asked, tech support only excuse was that they don't want the members to miss out on a possible connection. Bad excuse. Even 200 miles away isn't a date match using limits unless it includes a plane ticket. Should be an option to expand limits.

It's difficult to continue using this app and would not suggest it to anyone. The preferences mean nothing. I can set my age and distance limits and the majority of the men will hit neither. Sometimes 10+ years and 1000+ miles off. It's discouraging and annoying. Creating a profile is not intuitive or fun. The app is not good at explaining what trophies do and searching for matches with them is something I discovered by accident. Go download another app, guys. This is not it.
