When you force an update don't make the link to the old version that doesn't work, are you just trying to make the app worse every day? Honestly how bad this app works must be intentional. I'm guessing they have no competition in the market, because this app is horrible from an end user experience. Passwords stop working at random, kicks me out constantly during calls, only alerts me of calls sometimes with no rhyme or reason. If you are a company and want a call out system look elsewhere.

I'm supposed to get a phone call for call outs, as well as a text and an app notification. I never get the text and if I do I don't get the phone call, and the app never shows when I have a service call, only keeps track of the ones I've missed due to not receiving the right notifications. It has cost me thousands in overtime opportunities.

Plus is worse than ARCOS Mobile. Terrible use of white space and too many repeating headers. Under the "Detail" tab, the headers "Flight Code Time Duration" appear prior to every flight which makes it look like a break in duty. The "Summary", "Detail" and "Status" buttons that appear in a callout are poorly designed with only the letters being clickable. If you click slightly off the letters in what feels like the button area it does not respond and makes it feel like the app has frozen.
