I have followed the steps to connect the AC to my 2.4Ghz router, and when I get to the step where I select my router and enter my password, the button to continue is blocked. The password is correct, and I have tried to use the 'enter' arrow on my keyboard to bypass the block to no avail. I had my gf use her phone to install the app. She achieved the same disappointing result. Either I'm missing something that is not intuitive, or the app has a bug. Will reconsider rating upon fixing the bug.

Useless won't even allow me to sign up says my email is incorrect at the sign up page can't even get past it. My email is my email and shouldn't be saying it's incorrect/ wrong format while trying to sign up to use the app feature. If there is a issue with the sign up page and it gets corrected then I'll change my review. As for the AC unit it works great have had for 2 season's now and love it just wish I could create my account to take full advantage of this app and the features my AC offers.

FINAL UPDATE: This "Artic King" app was quietly retired for the "Midea Air" app, which at least when it changed to the current "MSmartHome" app, the company had the decency to popup a warning to switch over! Unbelievable. The newest app isn't that much better but is smoother. ······ Old Review: App is fine, very barebones; it could easily use better/more descriptions for each function. The text that is there could use some better localization, but it's passable and gets the job done well-enough.
