About this game

Ice Frontier is a survival action game set in the uncharted frozen waters of the Arctic. Take the helm of an expedition ship and navigate through relentless drifting icebergs, collect Arctic fish, and push deeper into the ice frontier with every attempt.

The game features three distinct modes designed for different playstyles. Survival mode challenges you to outlast an accelerating ice field while managing three lives. Blizzard mode removes all margin for error — a single collision ends the run, and a storm overlay cuts visibility to test your reactions under pressure. Expedition mode shifts the objective entirely, demanding that you collect a target number of fish within a time limit to complete the mission.

Helicopters fly overhead and drop supply crates that activate a temporary shield for your vessel. Rare fish offer greater rewards and appear unpredictably, keeping every session different. Speed escalates naturally over time, ensuring no two runs feel the same.

Beyond the game itself, the Explore section delivers curated facts about Arctic wildlife, geography, historic ice expeditions, and natural phenomena including the Aurora Borealis — all illustrated with original artwork.

Personal records are tracked separately for each mode, alongside play statistics and a progression rank that evolves with your experience. Settings allow full control over haptic feedback, audio, and difficulty, adapting the challenge to any skill level.
