ARevo Scanner checks if a file is truly what its extension claims it to be.
A file named "invoice.pdf" might not actually be a PDF. ARevo Scanner analyzes the file's
actual content, compares it with the declared extension, and tells you if they match.
WHAT YOU'LL SEE
✅ Safe — the extension matches the detected file type
⚠️ Suspicious — could not be determined with certainty
❌ Dangerous — the extension does NOT match the actual content
IMPORTANT: ARevo Scanner is NOT an antivirus. It does not detect malware, viruses, or threats.
"Dangerous" simply means the file is not the type it appears to be. It is a
useful indicator, not a definitive security verdict.

HOW IT WORKS
The files you select are sent to ARevo servers for analysis, and the
result is returned to the app. They are processed to provide the result and are not
retained longer than necessary for that purpose.
