All the color substitutions are wildly wrong. The color blind simulation is reasonably accurate.

I genuinely had not seen my own eye colour as well as so many other things with corrective filters before. It's honestly a really useful app and I would reccomend it. (Deutanopia colour blindness)

I guess it shows what a colorblind person sees but it does help in seeing colors, it just multiplies a color while changing other colors. It needs work.
