One star because they only allow you five SCANS (not five exports), and out of 5 scans, not a single one was even close to accurate enough to be worth exporting. All suffered warpage, shifting, and other artifacts. I had direct sunlight on a beautiful day, and my part was laid on smooth birch plywood as a background. Then the app told me i couldn't even try again. Fundamental flaw in how the app is designed - I can't even experiment enough to reach a point where I might want to buy in.

Well, I'm trying the trial mode. I took a bunch of photos and now have to wait over a FULL DAY to see the scan? 😂. I understand it's a free trial, but Holy cow, you're gonna make me wait 30 hours to see scan quality? I want to buy something to do some work today. I guess I'll look elsewhere. Edited to add that the scan processed a lot faster than estimated, but the 3D model didn't look that great. I took all the requested photos and the model was missing huge chunks. It was just a basic cup.

You should see the 3d model it generated, lmao it's just terrible, frankly. I know I may have not circled the object I was trying to capture perfectly, but I figured the AI would at least be able to stitch it together, literally only the front of the model is the only thing it did right. The back of it was horrifying. Uninstalling immediately, buying premium definitely isn't worth it. The app may work fine for small models, but I tried using this to take a photo of a sign I installed (5 ft wide)
