The Segnoverde app allows you to:
• Access Segnoverde digital services with a single account
If you already have a Segnoverde account, use your credentials to log in to the app. Otherwise, easily create a new account. You can use the same credentials to access the Customer Area on the Segnoverde website, www.segnoverde.it.
• View bill history and payment status
Click on Payments to access your invoice history and payment status, both past and present.
• Pay your bill conveniently
From the Payments section, you can check the status of your bills and pay conveniently with your credit card, MyBank transfer, or PayPal, completely securely and at no additional cost.
• View bill details
Generate a detailed bill to see exactly what expenses are included in your bill.
• Submit a gas self-reading
Go to the Self-Readings section and submit your meter reading to receive bills in line with your actual consumption.
• Check your mobile plan details
Click on My SIM to check your tariff plan and monitor the status of your plan (renewal date, remaining calls, texts, and GB).
• Activate notifications
Go to the Notifications section and activate the push button to receive personalized information about your services.
• Monitor your consumption over time
Log in to the Contracts area and check your consumption trends, month after month.
