What’s new

New: Field Training Officer (FTO) mode. Track trainees and complete a daily observation report (DOR) each shift — score performance on a 1–7 scale, or mark NRT (Not Responding) or N/O (Not Observed) per category. Build custom rubrics with your own categories and ranges, save them as templates, and share them across your agency by code (Phase 1–4).
