I did get my prescriptions. The only reason for taking off 2 stars is that it wasn't 2 hours like they said. I took 18 hours to get it filled and there is no way to get in touch with customer service. They have a phone number but it directs you to text them but when you do it comes back as invalid. So 3 stars since I did get the prescriptions after a while but taking 2 off for lack of customer service.

Very impressed with The CareMD app. Couldn't be more pleased. This was my first use of "telehealth". I tried a different app first (before this one) which was very slow and never successful because of errors. But thank goodness for The CareMD. Fast, no errors, professional and surprisingly inexpensive. Picked up my prescription same day as consultation.

I've used this app twice while my insurance was messed up. Bothe times I needed antibiotics. I got the antibiotics I needed, they sent them right to my pharmacy, it was quick, easy, and as cheap as Healthcare gets. I even needed my second prescription sent to a different pharmacy because my local pharmacy closed after they sent it. Support answered me quickly and had my script sent to another pharmacy. I will recommend this app to everyone. I've had no issues.
