Very impressed with The CareMD app. Couldn't be more pleased. This was my first use of "telehealth". I tried a different app first (before this one) which was very slow and never successful because of errors. But thank goodness for The CareMD. Fast, no errors, professional and surprisingly inexpensive. Picked up my prescription same day as consultation.

I am very impressed! I can no longer afford health insurance, and my doctor refused to refill my mental health medication without an in person visit, which starts at $500. Medication I've taken every day for over 7 years with zero complications. CareMD was cheap, easy, and fast. Downloading the app to having my prescription in hand took less than an hour. No extra fees. Plus, they sent me a coupon that made my prescription cheaper. I wish all health care could be this easy and affordable.

They got me the prescription sure but their customer service is rude and the process is very slow. It took over 5 hours to get me a prescription and at that point I just had to go pick it up the next day cause the pharmacy closed, which defeated the purpose of a quick script from a telehealth doctor. and they tried to make me pay TWICE for the sick note and it also took them several hours to correctly send it
