I have never had issues with this app aside from the occasional glitch when other things go wrong, in connection with Arise.. but since their 4 day scheduled maintenance that was done (June 7-10th), I have not been able to access my client or schedule on this app. It keeps saying I don't have a client selected. I have uninstalled/re-installed this app and still nothing. It has been 14 days since the last time I was able to see and access my info through this App.

I 've tried multiple times to get help to have my password reset by reaching out to the registration department. All they had to tell me was to wait until Service Now respond. I send a screenshot of the error message I was receiving, anf they continued to tell me the same thing, and no one has made an effort to help me. So that tells me I don't need to work for arise, an keep looking elsewhere.

No longer works....since portal updates, app no longer works. At first, I thought it was password updates because when I logged in to the portal, i had to change my password because it was expiring in 3 days....beyond that, 4 days later, it still isn't loading. Tells me I need to select a client, Stat reports not loading, CA showing 0%, etc.
