I have never had issues with this app aside from the occasional glitch when other things go wrong, in connection with Arise.. but since their 4 day scheduled maintenance that was done (June 7-10th), I have not been able to access my client or schedule on this app. It keeps saying I don't have a client selected. I have uninstalled/re-installed this app and still nothing. It has been 14 days since the last time I was able to see and access my info through this App.

No longer works....since portal updates, app no longer works. At first, I thought it was password updates because when I logged in to the portal, i had to change my password because it was expiring in 3 days....beyond that, 4 days later, it still isn't loading. Tells me I need to select a client, Stat reports not loading, CA showing 0%, etc.

Previously it was hit or miss but at least fixable by uninstall and reinstall. Now it doesn't work at all. Usually I have my schedule memorized since it's the same. But I am changing my times over the next few weeks and due to this have missed several intervals since it's not populating in my calendar or readily available on the app. Even worse they decommissioned the mobile site version of starmatic becauae of this now broken app.
