Our offerings are designed to support nervous system regulation, embodiment, creative expression, and energetic balance — always meeting you where you are. Classes and events may include slow flow and restorative yoga, meditation, Reiki and energy work, sound baths, astrology, and community-centered workshops.
Whether you’re coming to move your body, rest deeply, explore energy work, or simply be in shared space with others, you are welcome here. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and stay awhile.
