Sun Pilates is a small community Pilates Studio located in Colorado Springs, CO. At Sun Pilates our instructors are very knowledgeable and ready to help you on your journey to moving and feeling good. Download our app to help you track your packages, upcoming and past visits, check in, and more! We are located at 1775 S 8th St inside Great Moves Physical Therapy. During regular business hours please enter through the main entrance for Great Moves and proceed past the reception desk to the left and down the call - you will see our door. Classes are 50 minutes, please arrive a few minutes prior to your class or private/duet lesson. If you are attending after hours you may enter through our private entrance to the north of the main entrance on the west side of the building. Please use our dedicated parking area on the north side of the building when spaces are available. Be sure your clothing does not have any zippers/buttons/etc. that may damage our equipment. For hair please refrain from using clips during your time on the Reformers as they damage our headrests. We have a water dispenser you may fill a cup or fill your water bottle. Restroom available inside studio. We do not have front desk staff - the owner carries the cell phone away from the studio and the instructors are available from 10 till the hour up until on the hour to assist with payments and questions (except around on the 30 minute classes - please reference schedule.) There are cubbies and hooks available to store your items during class.
