Founded by Chris and Karina—18 combined years coaching at Barry's Bootcamp, building studios, and training thousands of clients—PAKT is built on what actually works: structure, accountability, and real community.
Two Spaces. One PAKT.
THE WILD (First Floor): Your functional strength training ground. Heavy compound lifts, athletic conditioning, HIIT circuits, and HYROX prep designed to build complete athletes. Train with your crew 2x/week at the same time with the same coach. Same people, same schedule, real accountability that makes showing up easier. This is crew-based training where your coach knows your name, tracks your progress, and pushes you when you're ready. Monday through Thursday, your crew is waiting.
THE DEN (Second Floor): Your Pilates, sculpt, and recovery studio. Drop in when your body needs it. Karina's signature Pilates fusion classes that build lean muscle and leave you dripping. Hot Sculpt for low-impact, high-burn cardio sculpting. Classic Pilates for core strength and control. Plus infrared recovery classes featuring Red + NIR light technology for deep muscle recovery, joint health, fat loss, and anti-aging benefits. Choose heated or traditional classes based on what your body needs that day.
