Thrive Movement Studios is the culmination of our founder Cheryl Combs Dunn's passion. After more than two decades of teaching and training, Cheryl created a space dedicated to sharing the methods she knows transform lives. As a Pilates Master Trainer and GYROTONIC® Specialized Master Trainer, she has built Thrive to empower you to move better, feel stronger, and live healthier.
