Honestly speaking I won't recommend this app to anyone close to me or even an enemy because tell me why it takes more than a month to verify my information and after funding to start your investment is another story and to top the situation, I can't withdraw my funds in the cash balance because my portfolio balance is 0 and the withdrawal account i filled was neither updated or displayed. This is just the worst investment app I have ever seen. kindly look into the situation.

When I first started using the app, I was quite please, but the last few weeks has been TERRIBLE. From price inconsistency to challenge with placing a buy order, to Brokerage balance inconsistency for whatever reason, then to customer care not even understand what your compliants are to helping you navigate. Then WITHDRAWAL IS another HELL.. Haven't been able to make withdrawals.. I am seriously beginning to regret the whole idea of using this platform..

It's obvious that somethn is really wrong. I wouldn't know if it's wt d app or with ARM. My details suddenly disappeared; I can't see my brokerage account balance, my portfolio wt some stocks has disappeared. My page shows me an annoying information (Account verification in progress) Wt all these wahala, I called trice, sent 3 emails yet d backroom replied that an agent will get back. I am still waiting. Maybe until 2027. I pulled my cash immediately using a withdrawal request. We're watching!
