Instant Onboarding
The goal is to simplify the investment process for new users, making it easy to create and access various investment opportunities, using the required minimal information.

User Profile Upgrade
Existing users with a Basic account (created with minimal information) can upgrade to a Premium account by simply uploading specific KYC documents on the app at their convenience. This enables them to unlock and enjoy larger investment opportunities and limitless transactions.

New Dashboard
The dashboard has been redesigned to be more visually appealing and user-friendly. Quick Access buttons, recommended for you products, Insights, and the total portfolio breakdown of your ARM investments have been included to enhance the user’s experience.

Ratings and reviews

Useful app but, has had too many glitches in recent times. It is not updating values correctly most of the time these days. Also, you removed the pension funds access options. It is ill-advised if ARM is still part of the AccessArm pensions company. I want to have all of that in one app, which was the beauty of the app. Please, fix the issues.

Account verification takes forever. The worst is their customer service. They have emails scattered around and phone lines to call but none is timely responsive. You wait endlessly to get a feedback or resolve an issue — that's if it ever gets resolved. If onboarding new clients can be marred with these unresponsive attitudes, how much more when you pool bigger investment capital...It is the worst I have experienced so far.

I am disappointed with the service delivery I am receiving. To upgrade from Tier 1 to Tier 3 is a problem after providing all necessary documents and information. The app glitch is becoming inevitable. I am unable to utilize this opportunity to invest and grow my portfolio. I am discouraged and dissatisfied.
