Ratings and reviews

Useful app but, has had too many glitches in recent times. It is not updating values correctly most of the time these days. Also, you removed the pension funds access options. It is ill-advised if ARM is still part of the AccessArm pensions company. I want to have all of that in one app, which was the beauty of the app. Please, fix the issues.

Just downloaded this today and all the other registration processes went smoothly, apart from bank account linking. It refuses to work and I keep getting an error message saying "Unable to link account at this time." Is it a network issue? Please do something about it Also for some reason, when I try to withdraw, only the brokerage balance pops up as a withdrawal source and not the cash balance where my treasury bill interest was paid into? Why is that?

ARM one is a scam. I invested last year 2025 and I decided to liquidate this year but I was asked to fill and submit a form which I have done countless times because they would always always come up with issues with my details on the form. Now it's been a week since I submitted the last form and nothing has done. I reached out to the customer service when all of these started and they were responding okay, now they aren't answering.
