To be precise, you just killed your app by releasing its updated version. Older version was much better, simpler and faster in terms of user experience. Such a worst technical strategy and excution! As a regular and return customer, I'm pretty disappointed and have planned to move on other alternative platform. Good Luck!

Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I've been hearing for a month that their software is being updated. I thought it was finally fixed, so I placed an order. The order was confirmed, packed, and marked as "out for delivery" two days later. But I still haven't received it. I've been checking the status for five days now, and it's still not here. I'm never buying anything from them again. Their service is a complete joke.

Last one month I have been trying to place a new order through Arogga app but I failed. I don't know what's wrong. Arogga app is not working. Previous version was very good, effective and offcourse was fast. But after updating it doesn't work at all. I'm really frustrated because I was very much dependent with Arogga app.
