You only need one touch to change current display brightness to one of the predefined values or select the "Auto" mode, if device has a light sensor.


Press and hold any of the buttons to change their values.


This app only needs single permission - to modify device settings. No ads, no "read your sms" or other malware. Brightness app does only one thing - changes brightness.

This app is so close to being perfect for me. The one thing missing is scheduled brightness changes. I'd like to automate it so the brightness drops to 25% from 7pm-7am and bumps up to 50% from 7am-7pm, without me having to manually adjust it each time. Add that and it's 100% perfect. Nevertheless, I'm giving 5 ⭐ because of it's potential.

good app. does what it says. I do wish the app was higher visibility so I could adjust it to a higher brightness when I've set it too low. I also wish this app offered timers or a way to automate brightness change

i just wanted an app that had an icon on my phones main screen that gave me quick access to my phones brightness control. This app is perfect for my needs and helps my phone battery to last longer. when you open the app, it gives you options of 0, 25, 50, 75, or 100% for screen brightness. If you hold your finger down on any of these fixed settings, a slider comes up that allows you to set a custom number instead. This app works great with my motorola droid smartphone. Just what i was looking for
