To make reading the QR codes faster, it is advisable to keep the ticket stable and about 15 cm away. of the camera, trying to have the QR code located in the center of the screen.

Remember that Articket Scan is an application that uses your iPhone/Ipod battery very intensively. We recommend that you bring your device fully charged on the day of the event.

Once you have published your event on your portal, validation with Articket Scanse will be enabled one week before the start of the event. You can configure validation on your iPhone or iPod Touch device directly from your portal administrator
