App design is dated and push notifications do not work. App permission is enabled, I've cleared my cache, and tried turning on notifications setting with in the app. I have to rely on email notifications which are often delayed. Very frustrating considering some messages are time sensitive. I also have an unpaid payment indicator that will not go away although no payments are outstanding.

It worked great but is suddenly coming up as a way to make a call when I try to call anyone. Super annoying especially when I'm trying to use my car's bluetooth to make a call and have to wait for that prompt to come up and then hit AT&T in order for the call to go through. Kind of takes away the point of handfree.

App worked great for a few months and I was using it to receive my doctors orders and message the fertility clinic. Unfortunately, today I tried to open it and it wouldn't open. A message came up saying the app had a bug that needed to be fixed by the developer and to update ot after it was fixed. So until then...
