, I've always been a fan of chess, Battle Chess games, and timeless tactical books like "The Art of War" by Sun Tzu and "Guerilla Warfare" by A.H. Nasution. I'm also captivated by colossal war films such as "Shogun," "Troy," and "300." I greatly admire how people in ancient times endured the harsh realities of war, though I cannot imagine living in such an era myself. This Battle Chess game is my way of capturing the thrill of grand-scale battles without the intense micromanagement of traditional RTS games. My goal was to build a Battle Chess game that you could enjoy in short bursts, but that still offered deep strategic possibilities.As an indie developer, this project is a labor of love. Every unit, every ability, and every battle is crafted with the hope of bringing a fun and engaging Battle Chess experience to players. We believe that Battle Chess games should be accessible to everyone, and "Art of Battle" is our contribution to that vision. This game is made with love.
