Worst user experience. Screen lags a lot, When you open profile. When you use back button then screen becomes unresponsive for 15 to 20 seconds stupid app. Waste of time. You will get irratated with the lag and slowness. Atleast fix the lag issues and slowness when navigating back and forth. Hire some good UI developers and fix the issues first . Worst part is that this looks like it's didn't go through testing process at all. Worst app ever literally testing the patience of users.

Very worst service. I tried to renew package today and prime platinum is 4900 rs and when I see after one hour itbis 7000 rs. When I contacted customer chat respresentative (teju) about this there is no any response. Called customer care also they will check and call back but no response for that also. This app behaves like share market package prices changes within hour. ARY258122

I have never seen an app which lags this much.It tests our patience.it gets closed all of a sudden it strucks a lot that we will lose our patience,while trying to open a particular profile or photos and it closes suddenly and we will lose that profile. Worst interface.
