Ratings and reviews

Does what it needs to do, which is be better than the browser site. Very annoying that you have no idea who has gifted contributions, no gift message option for friends/family who are making contributions. I would dock more stars, but this is probably not something the app devs are in control of. If app devs have any input to web devs, a feature request for gift messages would be appreciated. Integration with an e-card service like Blue Mountain would be cool too.

Can't login anymore. It's always the error "Invalid username and/or password". Was working fine until i had to reset my password. The same pair works fine on the website. I changed the password multiple times through the Forgot password link, uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. None worked. Called customer support, they say they are not aware of this problem. Offered no remedy other than login through website.

Inaccurate information. The app lists email support that does not work. Further, it shows two Ugift codes although only one is eligible for contributions. The website lists one code, so the information is inconsistent. Phone support doesn't know the shortcomings of the app and will treat you like an idiot when you bring these things up. Use the web interface instead of this.
