Absolute junk. It took me forever to get logged in the very first time and then he told me to change my password, yet I can't even get the password in and it jumps right back to the login screen. Therefore, I am unable to access my 401K, so this app is absolutely useless and causing me great frustration and anxiety.

Constant login issues. Touch-ID has never worked and now the logging in process is an infinite loop. It never validates your credentials and enters the main app. Complete lack of useful or insightful features. Sucks that you can't even check your balance... Hate the fact that my fees are paying for such a substandard product and I'm going to try to influence a change in my organization away from this provider.

Lousy App. Only works sporadically. Always difficult to log in (if you even can). Does not work at all for the last several weeks. Newport knows about it.
