Ratings and reviews

The app repeatedly rejects valid passwords and then blocks access due to "failed login attempts." I've had to reset my password multiple times and still cannot access my account. This is extremely frustrating, especially when the app is used to access important GP and healthcare services. A reliable login system should be a basic requirement.

Like others have written, it's just not a good app. Loads of notifications asking me for my health data (how are my drinking habits, etc) and we all know what private companies do (or at least, WOULD do) with our data. To open the app, I have to sign in. To then contact my GP, I have to sign in again (same login details - not as if it's more secure). Then, to check my messages, it's another sign in. An NHS app should be really simple to make and use. Very little is actually needed.

The app was updated and now when you log it you can not move forward until you enable the 2 Factor authentication (2FA). You do not have a choice! Don't get me wrong I don't mind the added security level but don't force it on me. Let me decide. I see this as a draconian system and I think it is so wrong. One of the problem with the 2FA is trying to view your medical records overseas. The 2FA is default to my number and I can not change it. Now if I log in the 2FA will try to contact my number.
