I had some issues with biometric after setting up. But now it is roughly okay. The main problem is the interface which looks like the fonts are too big ... also buttons on the bottom are half visible. I think it may be because I use a bigger font in my system. But hello - this is Health App it should be Accessibility friendly. Should break if someone has a bigger font set in the phone.

Terrible user experience! While I am able to get what I need out of it eventually, by getting a response from my doctor, the app itself is horrible bloated and a pain to use. The UI is terrible, login is a nightmare, and filled with bugs. It feels like an app that had a good idea but then decided to just add a load of uselessness to it. It would better serve ONE function really well. Communicating with your doctor. I don't need all the other stuff, and I doubt anyone else uses it.

Why is it impossible for me to order my repeat prescription medication through this app. My GP used to use Dr Iq as their app for appointments and ordering prescriptions and even though it wasn't a perfect user experience at least I could log into my account and order my prescription, which is the bare minimum you need for an app that is supposed to make getting the medicine you need easier. I now can only order my meds over the phone while I'm told to use this app as I'm on hold.
