Shocking! Can't even login. No way of setting up anything, can't pass two factor authentication, there are no alternative ways to get in. The 2 factor authentication answer is 100% correct, although I never actually set it up. I know what my first car was. It's simply ridiculous. Whoever built this app should give the money back. Embarrassing. And this is the ONLY way to book a GP appointment because they barely answer the phone.

Horrible app! something that is this buggy should not be in the medical space where peoples well-being is dependant on it. It's always glitching, the way the information is laid out is unintuitive. I don't care about trying to improve my health through this app I just want to get my appointments and get my medicines. that should be front and centre, the notifications are confusing.. the messaging space is hidden.

When submitting an appointment request, there was no "Done" or "Next" button visible at the bottom of the form - only a "Back" button. I initially thought there was a validation issue, or the form was just completely broken - but it turns out I could submit by tapping in the bottom right where the confirmation button *should* have been. It's really bad for basic UI elements on an important form to be visually broken like that. I could have missed my opportunity to get an appointment on the day.
