Horrible, I logged on via NHS, all goes well albeit clunky, to then end up on a white screen. close the app try again, I get the message "something went wrong" . Great feedback.. something.. . ok so I try to login with the password I created before the blank screen. the app flashes when I enter my details but nothing happens. no errors, no notifications, nothing. I guess "something" must have happened. I tried the forgot password link, got an email, same issue. Is this what my NI is spent on ?

I miss Dr. IQ. I tried using Evergreen, but it is usless. Yes, sometimes you might get lucky. But, many times, you need to spend 30 minutes or more trying to make a request or to sign in, although I was already signed in. I lost enough time. Me and a lot of people I know will refuse to use the app. I would rather call, leave the phone aside until someone picked up, then waste my own time because they aren't capable of making it work. Anyway I need to call afterwards

Shocking! Can't even login. No way of setting up anything, can't pass two factor authentication, there are no alternative ways to get in. The 2 factor authentication answer is 100% correct, although I never actually set it up. I know what my first car was. It's simply ridiculous. Whoever built this app should give the money back. Embarrassing. And this is the ONLY way to book a GP appointment because they barely answer the phone.
