Terrible App, nothing is easier; buttons and services keep moving, changed, or removed outright. several log-in bugs and conflicts between the NHS app and Evergreen. Several intrusive notifications that prompt surveys and things I didn't ask for. The booking service is complicated and pointless it asks what your concerns are and then a section asking 'what do you want us to do about it?' The doctors don't read it and you'll have to repeat yourself.

The app was updated and now when you log it you can not move forward until you enable the 2 Factor authentication (2FA). You do not have a choice! Don't get me wrong I don't mind the added security level but don't force it on me. Let me decide. I see this as a draconian system and I think it is so wrong. One of the problem with the 2FA is trying to view your medical records overseas. The 2FA is default to my number and I can not change it. Now if I log in the 2FA will try to contact my number.

unfortunately nearly everything it comes up with biometric has not been turned on, it has, when I use password it tells me this is not valid, when it asks me for the security question it does not recognise that again, I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still does nothing. I have messaged them and we eventually got it to work for a week then back to above.
