This is one of the worst apps I have ever had the misfortune to be forced into using. Temperamental AF, as one day it lets you log in with biometrics, the next day, it won't and will keep minimizing each failed attempt. When and if you do get in, the user options are far from as good as what they could be and is just one of those apps I have to use when ordering new prescriptions. 2/10

the good: it did, eventually, allow me to contact my GP for a repeat prescription, promptly delivered. (in app notification was unclear.) In every other way it's staggeringly, Kafaesquely bad. biometric scanner doesn't work (and it doesn't link to the android password store). To contact your GP, you have to find the unintuitive menu option then log in, again, from within the app. It's probably saving the NHS a fortune, but by preventing access to healthcare, not enabling it.

The app repeatedly rejects valid passwords and then blocks access due to "failed login attempts." I've had to reset my password multiple times and still cannot access my account. This is extremely frustrating, especially when the app is used to access important GP and healthcare services. A reliable login system should be a basic requirement.
