I normally have no issues with this app but since the last update I can't use the app at all, I can login but can't order repeat medications or even refresh the app to check if anything is done, it says in prescriptions that it can't connect to server and when trying to refresh medications it says I have no connection when I do, this has made sorting out important medications impossible and late getting repeat requests due to having to drive to the GP to do it instead...

absolutely rubbish score for their user interface. Dr IQ was a trillion times better and user-friendly. Forget trying to make an appointment through it! and God help if you need a prescription! App seems only interested in your water intake, diet and mental health!! As you can imagine, not getting your basic medical requirements met through this nightmare app does nothing to improve mental health!

I use this app constantly because of my health conditions but unfortunately since the last upgrade it has become a little problematic. I add all vaccinations to my records since COVID but unfortunately I can't add any vaccination records now as a message informs me there is an internal server error. All other measurements appear to be working well. Update problem now solved. I was a date issue. I wasn't inputting the date properly and I apologise unreservedly.
