no support, free trail cant seem to cancel, they keep trying to charge the card with no support to cancel! chargebacks would be requested....

The app is good, I would love a section to write down the progress of my reps. Since my current goes from 12-20 reps depending on day and week its hard to keep track of what I did last time. Also making it easier to unsubscribe would be great right now the only way is to message support and well it hasn't been really responsive for questions and such. Other than that its been great I would recommend. Me im just not in the place to take full advantage but maybe one day I would like to come bac

The app is good. But it is difficult to reach out the team. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over a month now and there is no way I can do it. This is unprofessional, there should be an option where I can cancel without needing to contact the operating team.
