Ratings and reviews

This app is 100% useless. Any requests made are never processed, and every issue I raise is ignored. The chat is pointless because they just forward you to a phone call anyway. The only "usable" feature is the digital card, but if you just save a photo of your card on your phone, you don't need the app at all. Absolutely useless app and a terrible health insurance company. Avoid at all costs.

terrible service. unable to access app with username and password despite countless password reseta. after lodging a service request I waited 2 weeks to get " we suggest reinstalling app"... frustrating

After having the app for a long time , suddenly all my medical records have disappeared! I have contacted them on numerous occasions but all they say is change password which I can't as it won't accept my details! I have not received any help even after contacting asisa by phone. They don't answer my emails asking for help. Surely by my records disappearing and not being able to access my records is a security breach? My hospital app is good. I have contacted the email below 3 times , no luck.
