I've been unable to use this app for a week, at least. When I open the app, after skipping the ad, there’s a big white message box that says « Important » at the top and talks about « If you are unable to listen to your call… » The message box covers up the entire app, so I can’t click on any of my calls to listen to them! And I can’t figure out how to get this big box to go away, so effectively I have lost all of my calls bc they are under the text box!

I've been using the same ACR for years on multiple phones; whenever I purchase a new phone, I've always been able to either share it or download it. Unfortunately, I'm unable to get it on my current new phone. I've tried multiple ACR apps since June 13th and finally I came across this app. I made one phone call just to test it's capability, performance, etc. HALLELUJAH......THIS ROCKS!!!! The recording is awesome!!! My voice and the other party is so crisp and clear. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!💞💞💞

I just downloaded it and have had a couple of calls. So far it is recording both sides of the conversation, and I can adjust the volume when listwning to playback so I can hear it all. The only.problem I am having is there seems to be some sort of interference that sounds awful and it is super loud. It sounds like the old phones used to sound when a wire was loose. Also, there is no way to upgrade to no ads even though it says you can.
